How to Proceed with a Repair

To initiate a repair, please contact a sales representative from OMI Jewelry either through email (info@omijewelry.com), phone (844-330-9466), or directly from the website. Once you have spoken to a representative, please follow these instructions:
Please include a copy of the OMI Jewelry receipt, as well as a note indicating everything that is damaged or needs to be repaired.
OMI Jewelry shipping label will be issued and sent via email to you. 

PLEASE BE ADVISE: SINCE DIAMOND CUSTOMIZED WATCHES ARE NOT WATERPOOF OR WATER RESISTANT – WATER DEMAGE IS NOT COVERED UNDER A WARRANTY AND REPAIR PRICE WILL BE CHARGE.
Pack a return a return in a secure box, making sure that no further damage occurs during shipment. OMI Jewelry is not responsible for any further damages that occur during shipment. If item is not securely packed, and damages were not indicated during the initial conversation with our representative, the package will be treated as damaged during shipment, and full price will be charged to the customer. Please make sure that there is a current and valid phone number on the receipt or note, so someone can contact you. We accept shipments with our shipping labels only and have a right to refuse to accept any items sent to us by using label different than ours. 
Please send an email to info@omijewelry.com with a tracking number, and date that the package was sent.
Upon receipt of package, someone from OMI Jewelry will contact you and notify you that package has been received.
Pricing
If item was purchased from OMI Jewelry – we offer 2 years warranty and repairs are free of charge except water damages and losses of diamond bezels. 

Once an item has been repaired, someone from OMI Jewelry will notify you immediately. It will then be shipped out for free (international shipments are subject to charge) via FedEx. It will be shipped ground unless prior arrangements have been made. All shipments are FULLY insured.
